RewardOps – Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce

Our product: A B2B e-commerce SaaS platform that supports loyalty programs’ rewards management functions and is integrated using our modern REST APIs with rewards suppliers and other loyalty program platforms. RewardOps’ offering is disrupting a large global market, providing a more capable product with much more flexibility and major reduction in cost for our enterprise level clients.

Role Description:

The Merchandising Manager, E-Commerce will work with the RewardOps Customer Success team and external merchandise suppliers to manage and facilitate procurement, vendor partnerships, marketing strategy, implementation and shipment. Through demonstrating a good understanding of company operations, this role will lead and implement category tactics in support of overall e-commerce merchandising strategy, assortment, pricing, promotions, and placements.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Drive merchandise management activities: global sourcing, distribution, vendor relations, analytics, marketing strategy planning, shipment, facilitate merchandising workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Achieve revenue, profit and market growth objectives, successfully building vendor relationships that drive sales, reduce costs and increase margins
  • Successfully manage new and existing partners, high-profile brands, complex project teams and budgets
  • Dive deep to understand our customers and what brings them value, execute to deliver results in alignment with their values
  • Prioritize and plan merchandising strategy and activity based on company, stakeholder priorities and business values
  • Establish parameters and rule-based rewards selection process to automate curation efforts
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure efficient and productive working relationships

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners to manage and execute all aspects of the E-Commerce Merchandising cycles
  • Set and report data-driven goals, with objective success metrics
  • Familiarity with strategic planning and execution of new and upcoming E-Commerce, Brand Management and Global Sourcing opportunities
  • Bonus points for a technical background, experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms and ecommerce and/or loyalty
