Our product: A B2B e-commerce SaaS platform that supports loyalty programs’ rewards management functions and is integrated using our modern REST APIs with rewards suppliers and other loyalty program platforms. RewardOps’ offering is disrupting a large global market, providing a more capable product with much more flexibility and major reduction in cost for our enterprise level clients.

Role Description:

The Product Owner will work with the Customer Success team to manage the entire product lifecycle for the RewardOps platform, helping to define the strategy, drive requirements, and deliver products. role will focus deeply on key aspects of the product but will require a good understanding and involvement with all aspects of company operations.

Job Specifications:

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Drive product management activities: roadmap and strategy planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives, and product roll-out, product workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Dev & UX teams to deliver impactful products
  • Dive deep to understand our customers and their problems, and champion those problems across the organization
  • Distill technical concepts to business users and vice versa
  • Prioritize and plan features based on company and stakeholder priorities and business values
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure efficient and productive working relationships

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience collaborating on product teams with designers and developers
  • Manage internal and external customer expectations by prioritizing resources with product needs
  • Evangelize the product and understand how to drive its adoption
  • Set data-driven goals, with objective success metrics
  • Familiarity with new and upcoming technologies
  • Bonus points for a technical background, experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms and ecommerce and/or loyalty
